About the Author 

Preventative medicine was the driving factor which lead Shaye to pursue her studies in Holistic Wellness.

​

Upon beginning her studies, a very clear distinction was made inevitably displaying the link between chronic stress and illness. How we care for our nervous system can either be a recipe for longevity or disease. 

​

With a focus on emotional wellbeing, Shaye went on to run her own private wellness practice, centered around bringing harmony to the pillars of health in each one of us.

Her first paperback book - Alchemy Of The Mind - A Guided Journal - was created and brought to life with the same foundation of intent. Providing you with a space to connect with yourself on a deeper level and further explore taking care of your emotional wellbeing.
